Beyond Bone: Why Your Surgical Guides Should Be Prosthetically Driven
Unlike guides planned only around available bone, our in-house guides take into account both prosthetic and anatomical parameters. Ensuring that implant placement supports a final restoration with optimal function, esthetics, and a passive fit, particularly critical in full-arch and implant bridge cases.
We begin by designing the digital version of the final restoration, establishing a finish line or goal. This digital blueprint guides implant placement in the perfect prosthetic position within the available bone, minimizing implant divergence and providing a passive fit throughout the arch.
Our Multilevel Guides eliminate the need for denture conversion and provide a Temporary that is an exact copy of the final restoration, maximizing the clinical procedure and enhancing the patient experience. The guide comes with the corresponding printed arch, so clinicians have an unequivocal image of the treatment and can accurately communicate the desired outcome to the patient, becoming increasingly confident and more inclined to pursue the recommended plan.
This goal-oriented and integrated approach is different from traditional systems, where prosthetic planning and surgical planning are done separately without an integrated vision of what the end result should be.
